This wonderful short break begins in Tromsø, the capital of Arctic Norway, also known as the Paris of the North. Look to the sky in search of the Northern Lights, as we sail through the beautiful Vesterålen and Lofoten Islands. We call at picturesque settlements en route and pass through Raftsundet, the narrow channel that links the two island groups that have inspired myths and legends over time. In Svolvær, you will stay overnight in a centrally located hotel, where you have the opportunity to visit Norway’s first Ice Bar, which is complete with ice sculptures depicting life in this area.

Experience a real taste of Norway as you travel by husky-dog sledge across the open plains of Tromsø. An exhilarating adventure made more magical by the beams of light shining from the helmets of the riders, plus a warm meal in a Lavvo (Sami Tent) is included. Participants on this excursion will be collected from their hotel and taken directly to the airport or ship after the trip.
