Norway : Northern Lights cruises - Voyage South
Our Northern Lights - Voyage South takes you on an epic journey through breathtaking costal landscapes, in search of the mesmerising Northern Lights. The ship sails from the remote town of Kirkenes, through the beautiful Lofoten Islands which are inhabited by an array of wildlife, to the fascinating town of Bergen. The evenings of your Northern Lights voyage can be spent in the ships panorama lounge or out on deck, where hopefully you will see Norway’s dark winter sky illuminated by an epic Northern Lights display. The probability of seeing the Northern Lights increases when you are out at sea because you are away from sources of artificial light. The days of the voyage can be spent admiring the changing landscape of Norway, from the sparse arctic landscapes to the craggy costal regions. There are also a variety of excursions available such as visiting Hammerfest and the Viking city of Trondheim.
