Enjoy a spectacular Northern lights cruise around arctic Norway
Your Aurora Borealis cruise commences in Tromso, with a leisurely voyage north, observing the sky for a chance to see the magical Aurora's. In Honningsvåg, you can join an excursion to mainland Europe’s most northerly point, North Cape. Sailing on, we head for the sheltered harbour of Kirkenes. Here, you can visit the Russian border, stay in a stylish ice room in a Snow Hotel wrapped up warm, or enjoy a taste of Sami life. As the return journey from Kirkenes hugs the coastline, you will revisit remote settlements enchanting your experience.

Day 1 -
Fly to Tromso
|
Fly to Tromso and transfer to the ship. Once on board speak to the pursers desk to arrange a wake up call if the Aurora Borealis are sighted.

Day 2 -
Voyage North
|
Enjoy the voyage north sailing into Honningsvag where you can enjoy an optional excursion to Europe's most northern point, the North Cape.

Day 3 -
Arrive in Kirkenes
|

Arrive in Kirkenes, disembark and transfer to a local hotel. Enjoy free time for excursions and transfer to the Snow Hotel.

Day 4 -
Kirkenes
|
Transfer from the Snow Hotel to your Kirkenes hotel. You will have time to explore Kirkenes or join an excursion.

Day 5 -
Rejoin the voyage
|
Re join the voyage for your southbound journey

Days 6 to 7 -
Arrive back to Tromso
|
Arrive in Tromsø late evening and transfer to a centrally located hotel for two nights. You will hopefully have seen the magical Aurora Borealis, if not Tromso is one of the best cities in the world to see them. You will have the opportunity to join some of our exciting excursions (B, D on Day 6 only B on Day 7).
